In Palmdale, we are open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30am until 5:30pm. It is the easiest location for us to provide services and is well established — we’ve been in Palmdale for over 23 years.

In Wrightwood, California and closely surrounding areas, Ron is available for convenience from 9:30am until 6:00pm on Mondays. Ron needs half an hour of travel time between visits to come and see you in your home.  We also need your address and phone number. You may use our website to set an appointment, but it is sometimes best to call and work out a time directly with us for this option.

We do accept Skype appointments while in both locations.

We ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the consultation fee to establish an appointment online. We ask the same deposit for new clients if reserved by phone at (661) 274-4449. We ask for no deposit for established clients if reserved by calling us.

New client 90 minute consultation fee is $200 (deposit is $80)

Established client 45 minute consultation fee is $80 (deposit is $32)

These are non-refundable deposits which are credited to your appointment fee.  If you cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your established time then your deposit will be credited to your next appointment, but you will need to call us directly to reschedule.  Once you pay your fees and establish your appointment you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with information on how to cancel your appointment if needed.

Initial appointments are scheduled for an hour and a half in length but please be available for up to three hours.

Please fill out the questionnaire found under client resources and return it to us by e-mail or bring it in with you at your visit. If you are unable to download or complete your questionnaire prior to your visit then please come to your appointment a half hour early to complete it in the office.

You must sign and return our two release forms before your consultation found in the client resources center if you are doing a Skype consultation.

If you are an established client and we have seen each other in the last three years your appointment will be scheduled for 45 minutes. Please allow extra time to work with the front office for whatever you may need before you leave.

If you are an established client, but we have not seen you for over 3 years please make an appointment as a new client so we have enough time.

We have been using Skype consultations effectively for the last two years.

It is always best if you can be with us in person but if that is not an option then Skype is an effective tool.

Please set up your Skype appointment by choosing your location and whether it is an initial appointment or a returning client. If this is your initial visit then please download your questionnaire fill it out as well as sign your two release forms (all forms found under client resources) and return them to us either by e-mail or snail mail before your consultation. Please also make sure you have an established Skype account and we know what that is before your appointment.
