Palmdale, California is our main office location.

In Palmdale, we are open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am until 5:30pm. It is the easiest location for us to provide services and is well established — we’ve been in Palmdale for over 25 years.

Long distance and inability to travel:

We do accept Zoom appointments while in both locations.

Appointment Fees and Processing

New client 90 minute consultation fee is $300 (deposit is $100)

For your initial consultation we require a deposit of $100 with the time and preparation involved.

The initial deposit is non-refundable and credited to your appointment fee. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your established time then your deposit will be credited to your next appointment, but you will need to call us directly to reschedule.

Established client 45 minute consultation fee is $90

Initial or New Client Consultations

Initial appointments are scheduled for an hour and a half in length but please be available for up to three hours.

Please fill out the questionnaire found under client resources and return it to us by e-mail or bring it in with you at your visit. If you are unable to download or complete your questionnaire prior to your visit then please come to your appointment a half hour early to complete it in the office.

You must sign and return our two release forms before your consultation. Ask our office to e-mail these to you.

Established Client Consultations

If you are an established client and we have seen each other in the last three years your appointment will be scheduled for 45 minutes. Please allow extra time to work with the front office for whatever you may need before you leave.

If you are an established client, but we have not seen you for over 3 years please make an appointment as a new client so we have enough time.

Zoom Consultations

We have been using Zoom consultations effectively for the last 5 years.

It is always best if you can be with us in person but if that is not an option then Zoom is an effective tool.

If this is your initial visit then please fill out online your health questionnaire as well as sign your two release forms and return them to us either by e-mail or snail mail before your consultation (release forms are available by request from our office 661-274-4449 sent through e-mail).
